With over two years in the insurance industry, Lesley has quickly built a reputation for being responsive, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to helping business owners understand their coverage—not just purchase a policy.

Before transitioning into insurance, Lesley spent more than a decade as an elementary school educator. That background still shows up in the way she works with clients today. She has a natural ability to break down complex insurance concepts into clear, simple guidance so business owners can make informed decisions with confidence instead of confusion.

Lesley also brings valuable experience from her time as a residential real estate professional, where she developed a strong foundation in client service, communication, and relationship-building. That blend of education, real estate, and insurance experience allows her to meet clients where they are and guide them through the commercial insurance process with patience and clarity.

A proud San Antonio native and graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University, Wendy brings a strong sense of community, professionalism, and care to everything she does. She began her journey in the insurance industry two years ago and quickly found her calling on the client success side of the business, where attention to detail and proactive communication truly make a difference.

Wendy is known for her diligence, reliability, and genuine heart for service.
